Returns

We hope you love your Video Village merch, but if not, here’s how it works:

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return it.
  

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage and send you a replacement or refund.
  

• If you simply change your mind, you’re welcome to return it, but you’ll need to cover the return postage yourself.
  

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
